FAQ
Does the price go up if my post goes viral?
No. The price is fixed, whatever your number of followers, comments or contacts. The plans differ in how many Instagram accounts you connect: 1 on Essencial, up to 3 on Pro and up to 5 on Annual.
What if I go over my plan’s limit?
Nothing extra is charged. The app lets you know, and you choose: disconnect an account or change plans.
Is my Instagram account at risk?
The tool only uses Meta’s official connection, only messages people after they tap the button and respects Instagram’s sending pace. Nobody can guarantee what Meta decides, but everything here follows its rules.
Do I need a professional account?
Yes: a professional (creator or business) Instagram account.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 7 days, no card, with the Essencial limits. During the trial, the first message carries a small badge. When it ends, automations stop and nothing is charged; subscribe if you want, and the badge goes away.
How do I pay?
In Brazilian reais, by card or Pix Automático (when available for your account). Billing is handled by Stripe. Since the company is based in the Netherlands, your bank may charge IOF for international purchases.
Can I message people who start following me?
Not yet. That feature depends on Meta, which currently enables it account by account.
If I have a problem, who do I talk to?
A person, by email. On Pro and Annual, your message goes to the front of the line. The app is currently in Portuguese.
Does it work on WhatsApp or Facebook?
